Jammu, Nov 1:It is to mention here that the below enquiry order speaks about fraud committed & now after detailed enquiry, cancellation of mutations. permission, DC Jammu & his team is not bothering to notify excess 14 Marla of land out of 31 Marla as Govt land despite request by the attorney holder of 17 Marla land because otherwise he is in possession of 31 Marla as per cancelled fraud mutation of 31 marla & till day DC Office Jammu has not vacated other illegal encroachments out of 04 registered & cancelled mutations based on fraud papers & which can also be declared as state lands as are not as per Revenue Papers.
However, if the below letter enquired again with the further Action Taken Report raise lot of questions on Dc Office Jammu?
