Jammu, Dec 16: Jammu and Kashmir Government time & again issued so many directions for finalization of Recruitment Rules of each & every Department , so that pick & choose on higher placement can be stopped but lot of Officers , preferred assigning higher posts by adopting pick & choose to their blue eyeds.
Otherwise there are standing rules that in charge system can be fixed only for six months only but lot of department have gone for double, triple incharge level posts without regularizing on the lower post.
Now in a welcome step, Atal Dulloo, New Chief Secretary, J&K in a high level meeting of Administrative Secretaries directed all Administrative Secretaries for timely promotions
He further asked that various issues of employees regarding HRMS Portal be resolved on priority.
