KISHTWAR , Sep 05: DC Kishtwar Rajesh Shavan suspended Principal over dereliction of duties and ordered that ADDC to hold enquiry.
DC Shavan on assuming the charge had asked the district officers in introductory meeting that they should never think of leaving station unauthorisedly .
Shavan had made clear that even for attending meetings with HOD or other superior officers , permission of DC to leave HQ shall be must and DC will facilitate their meetings on virtual mode from NIC.
