JAMMU, Sept 15: There are countless cases of loot by private Nursing Homes in J&K but Govt never bothered to act.

It is to mention here that Cross town News has published with guidelines needed for issuance & renewal of licenses for Private Nursing Homes & Hospitals but Govt preferred to close its eyes over the issue.

Above all it is to mention here that a Private Nursing Home near Railway Station being run without ICU but where all kind of "Surgeries" being conducted by even Govt Doctors on private basis is without "ICU" & in some emergency can cause death on the fault of Nursing Home & the concerned Doctor.

In one caee  a small child had a narrow escape by his own luck as same hospital staff used empty Oxygen Cylinders by which child's Oxygen level fall to 68 but his & family's personal efforts diverted the situation.

Why not so called Reviewing Authority of renewal , issuing of license to such kind of hospitals be sacked in first go.

The Directorate of Health Services Kashmir has ordered an inquiry into the death of a patient at Mohamdia Nursing Home in Pulwama, due to alleged medical negligence. Govt has sought report in a weeks time & now one should wait & watch that on which day the week shall end?

However, order copy with CTN reads as under:
