Jammu, Sept 04: Many VCs of JDA tried their level best to streamline the system of JDA but could not but it has been observed that Pankaj Sharma from the day took over the reins of Jammu Dev Authority streamlined the various public issues with in days due to his vast field experience & understanding powers.
Above all is resolving of issue of NOCs of BP Cases, which were put on hold by the incompetence of STP & his/her sections due to lack of knowledge for causing intentional delays in public works followed by NOCs of DLM sections which were being delayed by Patwaris for the reasons best known to them despite lapse of time granted for issuance of Building Permissions & NOCs as well.
Pankaj also has set right other issue of quick disposals of various files, which were put on hold unnecessary by the concerned bosses & above all he is bringing every document on online to trace the illegalities being committed by concerned officer/officials?
Officer can see, how many meeting have been done since 31.08.2023 after issuance of Govt Order for re construction of files & how many files have been reconstructed shall speak the working of JDA Officers that how they are keen to work in publics interest, which can be cleared from the below govt Order:-
