JAMMU,Mar 01: IAS Officer Hashmat Ali Yatoo posted in Jammu and Kashmir retired on superannuation on Feb 28.
As per details with Cross Town News, Yatoo , 2013 batch IAS Officer of J&K-AGMUt cadre retired on Friday.
Yatoo was initially JKAS Officer, who was later inducted into IAS.
