J&K: CAT to pass coercive steps against Comm/Sec F&S, if fails to file compliance

Jammu, July 18: In C.P./36/2024 in T.A./1045/2020 titled OM DUTT Vs MR ZUBAIR AHMAD COMMISSIONER/SECRETARY TO GOVT DEPARTMENT OF FOOD, CIVIL SUPPLIES AND CONSUMER AFFAIRS  after hearing CAT ordered as under;-

Mr. Dewakar Sharma, learned DAG submitted that writ petition filed by the respondents has not been listed before the Hon'ble High Court due to some defects and since the defects has been removed, same will be listed before the Hon'ble High Court very shortly.

On the request of learned DAG, two weeks time is further granted to produce the interim direction from the Hon'ble High Court, failing which coercive steps will be taken against the respondents to implement the order dated 09.11.2023 passed by this Tribunal.
