New Delhi, Feb 29: Prime Minister Narendra Modi once again topped the list of Most Powerful Indians while Union Home Minister Amit Shah retained the second spot in the list of 100 powerful Indians released by the Indian Express today.
Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, who is posted in Jammu and Kashmir for last three and half years, figured at 53rd place.
Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud and External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is at sixth place ahead of Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, who is at seventh place.
Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is at 16th place.
