SAMBA, SEPTEMBER 07: District Election Officer (DEO), Rajesh Sharma conducted the first randomization of polling staff today for all three Assembly Constituencies (ACs) 69-Ramgarh, 70-Samba, 71-Vijaypur in the district, marking an important step in the preparations for the 2024 Assembly Elections.
The randomization process ensures impartial and fair assignment of polling staff to various locations using advanced software developed by the National Informatics Centre (NIC).
The process was presented in detail by District Informatics Officer Manish Kumar Sharma and closely monitored by DEO Rajesh Sharma, ADC Jagdish Singh and other officials.
DEO Rajesh Sharma emphasized that this transparent randomization is essential for maintaining the credibility of the elections, ensuring polling personnel are assigned in a neutral manner.
