SRINAAGR, Oct 16: Nasir Aslam Wani relected as National Conference party's Provincial President, Kashmir, whereas Rattan Lal Gupta was elected as Provincial President for Jammu Province.
Omar tweeted "Heartiest congratulations Nasir Sogami. The party cadre has reaffirmed its faith in your leadership. I have no doubt you will continue to steer the party through the myriad challenges & opportunities in Kashmir province. I look forward to continuing to work closely with you Nasir. "
Omar further said "I have no doubt his experience & seniority in the party will benefit JKNC greatly. I look forward to continuing to work with him to strengthen the party across Jammu province."
