Jammu, March 19: MLA . R.S. Pathania questioned working of FCR , Revenue Secretaries in Assembly and said that once upon after orders from PIL, Govt issued SRO-456 of 2017 dtd 25th September 2017 by which it was ordered to resolve the issue in section 3 & Div Com & DCs were appointed as adjucating Officers to resolve the issue but none did any thing raised questions on their working.
He added that thereafter LG approved AC's Decision No 17/1/2022 dtd 29th Jan 2022 by which DC's were granted 03 months time to decide the issue but in vein.
He further informed Govt that in between FCR in 2023 issued new guideline over the same issue by superceeding SRO 456 & LGs AC's Decision & 10 to 15 days time was granted to officers to complete the exercise but thereafter he did not bothered to act for his non compliance raised questions on FCR?
But, thereafter again instead of acting for non compliance LG again approved new Administrative Councils Decision dtd 25th July by which DC's were asked to resolve the issue of Gair Mumkin Khad Lands up to 200 Kanal in one Khasra Number but nothing has been seen on ground, Pathania added.
He said by raising questions on Revenue Officers that Section 11-A of SO 3808(E) issued by MHA clearly reads that "no revenue law shall be in operation in Master Plan Areas" along with any other Act but strange nothing has been bothered on ground & sought reply from Govt over the whole issue
