Jammu, March 09: FC J&K Shaleen Kabra surrendered Rs 5.79 crores in two financial years, which was allotted by Govt to expedite the procedure of delineation of Gair munkin Khad Lands, which is evident from Secretary, Revenues Affidavit filed in High Court raised questions on his working?
Above all it is to mention here that after getting recommendation's from 03 DC for work done by the agency & for release of funds for further payments to K.S. Constructions & following which Div Com Jammu vide letter dated 03.12.2023 communicated to for release of Rs 3.01 crores but was not released following which case reached to High Court.
However, following court orders on 14.02.2025 again Div Com Jammu communicated to FCR for release of Rs 3.01 crores to clear the long pending issue of the contractor because High Court ordered to release the amount as per letter of Div Com Jammu with in a fix time but the bosses did not bother following which CCP was filed filed & court ordered to deposit the amount as was directed earlier for but new story came into picture.
Now Manoj Gupta, Chief Engineer, I&FC vide letter dtd 25.02.2025, even who is not well aware of discharge capacities & never bothered to clarify FCR that "HYDROMOLGY" can only be done where water flows by collecting half yearly/yearly data but not of the areas which are built up, so that built up areas would have cleared,rasie questions.
Now suddenly Chief Engineer in Feb 2025 said that work done was of only Rs 11.68 lakhs , thus countered recommendations of DCs, which if enquired also speaks of work done by the company to Rs 3.01 crore & how Manoj Gupta countered DCs recommendations.
