JAMMU, Dec 14: Jammu and Kashmir Government issues S.O for Conferment of Powers of Financial Commissioner Revenue Upon Joint Financial Commissioner Revenue Pankaj Katoch, for the purpose of Hearing and Disposing Appeals, as per order copy with Cross Town News.
