As per details with Cross Town News , IAS Officer Rashmi Singh , Commissioner/Secretary Higher Education to be Nodal Officer to coordinate the visit.
Vice President is visiting Jammu and Kashmir in connection with special convocation of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University .
