Jammu, Oct 22: UBBL-2021 clearly reads that if applicants BP Case not responded within 30 days, he can start his construction but had Govt in first act on its CTP/STP Office for such delays or pending BP cases in violation of UBBL-2021 or pending NOCs in its own offices?
In first JMC/JDA/SMC/SDA should act on its officer for not clearing BP cases as per guideline & time granted in UBBL-2021, to streamline the system.
However, today a team comprising of Megha Gupta, Tehsildar, JDA, Manohar Lal, Naib Tehsildar, Rajider Sharma, Khilaf Warzi Inspector, Vikram Singh, Patwari along with Police Team head by Vikram Chowdhary sealed six commercial structures in Bishnah Tehsil.
Pankaj Sharma has advised public to get their BP Cases cleared before start of constructions & in case of any issue in delay in BP cases they can meet him.
