JAMMU, Oct 21: Chief Minister Office in Jammu and Kashmir has turned effective with Nasir Wani as Advisor , Dheeraj Gupta as Additional Chief Secretary to CM.
Nasir Wani has remained Mos Home , Toursim in Jammu and Kashmir, thus having appropriate expereince to steer the decision making body in Jammu and Kashmir.
In addition to this, Wani has remained Provincial President of National Conference for long time and is well aware of political issues and future roadmap to be followed in Jammu and Kashmir.
Dheeraj Gupta, the 1993-batch IAS officer, carries with him a wide range of experience which includes working in the Prime Minister’s Office, NITI Ayog, and Defence Ministry, in addition to key positions in the administration in Jammu and Kashmir.
Dheeraj is well known for his integrity, understanding, and balanced and handling of complex issues.
Dheeraj is recipient of Lt Governor’s Award for Honesty, Integrity and Meritorious Public Services in recognition of his outstanding contribution to public services and also a recipient of the Chief of Army Staff’s Gold Medal.
