Sources told Cross Town News that one proposal by then DGP likely standing shelved ,as News DGP taken charge in J&K and also cadre rules notification issued.
Sources said that new proposal likely to be send in accordance with cadre rules notification.
Experts said that many postings require full time appointments also .
