Jammu, Oct 06: No doubts there are countless questions on J&K LGs administration as a whole for harassing public for their genuine issues by this way or the other but LG/CS never bothered to act even on their non compliances speaks of work culture in JKUT as a whole?
Cross Town News is in possession of countless such proved issue but above all is non compliance of LG/CSs time bound Administrative Councils Decision No 17/1/2022 dtd 29th Jan 2022 by DCs causing harassment to thousand of innocents but LG/CS never bothered to act on their non compliance speaks of work culture in JKUT?
Strange to mention here that after continues publications by Cross town News & complaints to LG/Advisor/CS, just an eye wash instead of taking actions for their non compliance after lapse of 31 months passed new ACs decision dtd 25th July 2024, which was followed by G.O.No 102-JK(Rev) of 2024 dtd 2.8.2024 over the same issue but without any time limit raised some questions on LG/Advisor/CS/FCR/Revenue Secretary, because it continued harassment of thousand of innocents in the cruel clutches of Revenue Officer without their fault?
Now, one can see one more failure of LGs Administration that after failure of so called LGs Grievance Cell for not providing information/actions in time, LGs so called JK Samadhan had proved its failure, otherwise pertinent to mention here that while launching it LG said that public Grievance shall be resolved in 15 days on this portal & in case of failure defaulting officers shall be taken to task but below grievance over a public issue which was registered on 27th Aug 2024 & status on 6th October after lapse of 38 days reads at top that "Forwarded" but to whom not mentioned, provenly raised questions on LGs office & head of JK Samadhan Portal on such "Status" of grievance after lapse of 38 days?
