JAMMU, Oct 6: Counting of votes will be taken up for 90 seats of Jammu and Kashmir at all 20 districts tomorrow under tight security arrangements and all results are expected to be declared by this evening if everything goes well.
There will be no laxity in security till all results are declared and the polling process is complete.
