Jammu, Sep 09: Mandeep Kour(IAS) has streamlined working of all concerned departments under H&UDD but still there are some blacksheeps who are needed to be acted upon for violating Govt order/guidelines.
However, major issue of revised Jammu Master Plan is still waiting for its outcome because already 07 years have lapsed since the issuance of previous Jammu Master Plan otherwise it was to be revised after 05 years which was due on March 2022, because existing JMP has so many flaws, which were never recommended by then so called CTP of JDA to Govt despite directions from then Pr Secretary H&UDD, Dheeraj Gupta, which are still causing harassment to thousands on the fault of JDA.n
It is also to mention here that since the day Pankaj Sharma has taken the charge as VC JDA, had set right the system of JDA under the guidance of Mandeep Kour, Commissioner/Secretary H&UDD.
Pankaj in the first go has set right the system in notorious STP's wing which was harassing innocents for their genuine building permission cases/CLUs & other related issues & Pankaj has loweered down number of pending NOCs of STP section , otherwise which were countless in numbers but reportedly still due to lack of knowledge on the part of so called STP of JDA there are some questions on that office that in reply of RTI regarding some specific information, instead of providing information it has been replied that it can be uploaded from the website of H&UDD.
Pankaj has also streamlined NOC system in DLM section/Collector & easy file movements & file tracking system in JDA , which will give lot of relief to innocents from the cruel clutches of defaulting officers of JDA in near future & give revenue to crores to JDA as building permission fee & other related issues.
Now, today, after just getting information, sealed a huge commercial structure, which was under construction illegally in the jurisdiction of Jammu Dev Authority but without any Building Permission, however it was in forest land, which was reportedly illegally encroached by the land grabbers.
It is also to mention here that now, Public is appreciating JDA for their routine works no doubts is a good sign & appreciation for Commissioner & Vice Chairman JDA.
