Jammu, Aug 06: J&K Government has given powers to DivComs as well as DCs to clear Gair Mumkin Khad lands upto 500 kanals and 200 kanals per Khasra in recently cleared Policy by Administrative Council, which is being appreciated by Public, Chamber and others.
Group of Poeple speaking To Cross Town News that DC Office Jammu did not clear cases as compared to ther districts in alst couple of years.
Now with DC Jammu having powers , should act on clearing maximum cases in a single go , to give respite to public and also 95 cases with proper NOCs , which were even forwaded to J&K Government , are in his Office, waiting for actions , under new Policy issued by J&K Government.
