After hearin CAT ordered as under:
Mr. Niraj Kumar, Secretary, Transport Department, Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir (respondent no. 1) has appeared before this Tribunal through virtual mode and submitted that some time be granted to implement the order of this Tribunal dated 10.02.2022.
It is further submitted by Mr. Niraj Kumar that due to some meeting at Srinagar, he could not appear physically before this Tribunal. In the light of submission made by respondent no. 1, in the interest of justice, one more opportunity is granted to respondent no. 1 to implement the order of this Tribunal dated 10.02.2022, failing which respondent no. 1 shall appear physically before this Tribunal on the next date of hearing to face the charge of contempt proceedings.
