Jammu, July 26: In C.P./201/2021 (JAMMU) In T.A./2149/2020 With M.A./554/2024 after hearing CAT Bench ordered as under:-
M.A. No. 641 of 2024 filed by Mr. Hunar Gupta, learned counsel for the respondents seeking exemption from appearance of respondent No. 1 on 22.07.2024 is allowed for the reasons stated therein.
On the request of Mr. Hunar Gupta, learned DAG, ten days further time is granted to implement the order of this Tribunal dated 26.03.2021, failing which respondent no. 1 shall appear before this Tribunal through Virtual mode on the next date of hearing with his explanation.
