JAMMU, Apr 04: After series of publications by Cross Town News on UTEIC issues over the years and Action mode by Commisioner/Secretary Mandeep Kour, UTEIC has been finally abolished in Jammu & Kashmir.
UTEIC was not being implemented in srinagar since 2016 and upto 20,000 sq ft area not applicable in JMC as well for which by understanding the issue by Mandeep kour as then Commissioner JMC , but super powers of JDA , as Officials till day were harassing public for their building permission cases over NOCs from UTEIC.
However after discussions with Managing Editor Cross Town News Rajesh Gupta personally in her office chambers over the issue, Mandeep Kour Commissioner/ Secretary H&UDD issued orders for Abolition of UTEIC giving relief to thousands who will feel comfortable in near future for commercial building permissions from JDA now onwards .
