Jammu, Feb 14: One order dated 11.12.2023 was issued by which some transfers of TP/ATPs etc etc were ordered but strange to mention here that in case of ATP SNo 4 was transferred to JDA but SNo 5 in JMC but with additional charge of Udhampur & Doda, which was previously with SNo 4.
Now, a different act took place in JMC & JDA by which JMC used ATP to act & hold the charge of Town Planning Section of JMC as a full but JDA did not allow ATP posted in JDA as in charge of Town Planning Section of JDA causing stoppage of further building permission & other related issue of Town Planning Section in JDA.
After querries raised by lot of people to Cross Town New over the said illegal act of JDA, Cross Town News published the issue with facts couple of times, after which after two months, Commissioner/Secretary, H&UDD issued a new order dtd 14th Feb 2024 by adding that " Shall hold the charge of Town Planning Wing in addition to his duties" .
However, both order copies with Cross Town News , speak the difference:
