Jammu, Nov 12: H&UDD bosses are notorious in various issues but above all is openly supporting VC, JDA/CTP Jagdish Hans & his team over proved harassment & CTP, TPO Jammu for committing illegality in various issue, which are well known to officers sitting in H&UDD dealing with JDA issues but never bothered to act ?
Pertinent to mention here that once upon a time one Iftikhar Ahmad as CTP at Srinagar communicated to Commissioner JMC vide his letter dtd 2016 that Div Com Kashmir being Chairman, UTEIC has communicated to Govt for "Abolition of UTEIC" being a Statuatory Body vide letter dtd 2023 & requested for directions to dispose cases of UTEIC by BOCA & thereafter he being CTP,TPO Jammu used different yardsticks to harass Jammu peoples by not directions which he communicated as CTP TPO Srinagar?
However, after noticing a publication over the issue by Cross Town News, then Div Com sought report from new CTP of TPO Jammu & in respond he clarified the facts of adopting "Pick & choose" with Jammu people as compared to Srinagar over UTEIC issue but none bothered to act tough on the defaulting & concerned officers over proved illegality raised a question on Govt as a whole?
Despite clarifications provided by Anil Raina, CTP TPO to the Div Com Jammu over malafidies of Iftikhar Ahmad the CTP TPO Jammu, Govt did not bothered to act on him for using different yardsticks for Jammu & Srinagar for one cause of actions ,which speaks from the report of Anil Raina CTP TPO.
It is also to mention here the Jammu Municipal Corporation vide a notification dtd 09.03.2022 clarified that UTEIC shall have no effect because as "UBBL-2021" has no mention of it but it raised a biggest ever question on VC JDA & above all on Jagdish Hans , CTP & his TEAM, who are technical & also well aware of the fact that "UBBL-2021" is applicable for JDA also as well but why they are silent to clarify the fact in public over so called "UTEIC" like JMC raised a proved question of some thing to VC JDA & CTP JDA ,no doubts a matter of high level enquiry & if inspected office of CTP, shall detect withholding "Building Permissions" by way of so called clearance from UTEIC?
Why VC is not issuing clear notification over "UTEIC" like JMC, Jammu to remove the confusion created by on most problem creator CTP, Jagdish Hans , moreover none acted on him despite knowing his illegal Act, which stands communicated by then VC to Pr Secretary H&UDD vide No: JDA/CTP/388 dtd. 1.10.2022.
As, if VC quoted of some proposed roads in said communication but CTP with opinion of different observation in rejection of same BP Case, why JDA did not bothered to notify any of the so called "Proposed Road" since 6.6 years because MP 2032 was notified in March 2017 & none of the proposed road in private lands has been taken up by JDA & how with their muscle powers they can own private lands without any notification, needed to be acted upon.
However after complaint by Rajesh Gupta Managing Editor Cross Town New, Div Com Jammu has asked VC JDA to clear the issue on Proposed Roads in one month, let us wait & watch whetehr VC will clarify?
