SRINAGAR, Oct 07: Chief Secretary Jammu and Kashmir Arun Mehta chaired Condolence meeting with regard to DGP Prisons Hemant Kumar Lohia.
Senior Officers were present on the occassion.
CS described Lohia as an outstanding and hard working officer.
