JAMMU, Mar 19: J&K-AGMUT cadre IPS Officer Danesh Rana has been posted as IGP CoBRA in CRPF.
COBRA (Commando Battalion for Resolute Action) is a special operation unit of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) of India proficient in guerrilla tactics and jungle warfare.
Danesh is 1996 batch IPS Officer of erstwhile J&K Cadre and has also remained IGP Jammu.
