KATHUA, JULY 01: To review the action taken on developmental deliverables for the year 2022-23, Deputy Commissioner, Kathua Rahul Pandey today convened a meeting of the officers of different departments here at Conference Hall of DC office Complex.
RTO, CMO, Chief Planning Officer, GM DIC, CAO, Assistant Commissioner Development and other District /Sectoral Officers attended the meeting.
The DC took a comprehensive review of all the Departments regarding realization of deliverables and directed the officers to adhere to the timeline set by the government. He underscored the need to put in extra efforts to further improve the Ranking of District on the performance index.
The departments were asked to highlight their achievements and furnish the report on a regular basis. The DC also urged all departments to devise a framework so as to achieve targets commensurately on quarter basis.
The DC also asked for ensuring saturation of Aadhaar Seeding, Construction of New Cooperative Super Bazar besides working out a mechanism to reflect the progress made so far in the implementation of these deliverables.
The DC directed CEO MC Kathua to coordinate with other stakeholders and ensure timely submission of data regarding deliverables. The DC further directed the officers to project the achievements made at District level and set milestones for constant appraisal of targets.
