Jammu, March 14: JDA's Khilaf Warzi Wing inspite of no full strength & no technical experience as per rules, today sealed a commercial structure, which was reportedly was being taken up without building permission.
But, on the other side it a question on the part of DLM/Tehsildar that had they spared their valuable time to act on such more structures, which are under construction on the same road upto chowadhi link to main road.
Pertinent to mention here tht one applicant wanted to pay Govt fee for building permission on the same road & adjoing to big godowns, which may cost upto minimum Rs. 4.00 Lakh in the account of govt exchequer but the incompetant CTP of JDA by misguiding non technical VCs used different yard sticks in rejection of the permission for may be some personal vested considerations.
Complaints stand made to Pr Secretary, H&UDD & VC with documentary evidences regarding STP's wrong & illegal terms & conditions adopted for rejection & despite it, no one bothered to act on the STP.
Experts said above said Officers should order high level enquiry against CTP/STP to relieve innocents from cruel clutches of such like Officers and People can get their plans sanctioned and pay fees to Government.
