JAMMU, Feb 06: Out of 5 IAS Officers coming on deputation to Jammu and Kashmir , Athar Aamir Khan , Basharat Qayoom & Akshay Labroo are from Jammu and Kashmir only , whereas Rahul Pandey and Kritika Jyotsana are from Uttar prdesh cadre.
