Jammu, Feb 08: In O.A./147/2024 (JAMMU) With M.A./1092/2024 titled MONIKA SHARMA Vs HIGHER EDUCATION DEPARTMENT after hearing CAT ordered as under:-
Mr. F A Natnoo stated that reply was filed in October, 2024 and Mr. Abhinav Sharma, sr. adv. stated that the rejoinder was filed on 23.01.2025.
However, neither the reply nor the rejoinder was present in the file. We have taken serious note of this that six months has been elapsed, since then, no reply statement as well as rejoinder has been placed in this file.
Hence, the Deputy Registrar/H.o.O of this Tribunal is directed to issue the warning to all the officials to be careful in future, otherwise, coercive action would be taken against the negligent officials.
