Jammu, August 05: One Om Parkash informed Managing Editor, Cross Town News that he applied for transfer of JDA shop No.61, Rail Head, Jammu on his name since one & half an year but Secretary, JDA is delaying it by this way or the other for unknown reasons.
Pertinent to mention here that then Secretary, wrote a letter to the applicant to deposit an amount of around Rs. 1,52,000 as transfer fee, which stands deposited since an year but thereafter he communicated to deposit around Rs.27,000 as GST, which was unjustified otherwise as on transfer fee GST should not have been charged as never charged prior to this transfer but then also applicant depositted.
It is strange that despite that the present boss Secretary did not bother to process the case for transfer of shop on his name inspite of taking required fee along with GST since more than one & half a year, which raises a pointer towards the working of JDA as a whole.
The applicant informed Cross Town News that he personally requested VC, JDA around 25 days back regarding the issue & in turn VC asked the Secretary to put up the case but Secretary did not.
Now, the applicant approached Managing Editor, CTN regarding the issue on 26th of July, 2020 & Managing Editor, personally spoke to VC JDA regarding the issue & VC asked to whatsApp the details, so that the matter can be enquired, which were sent on whatsApp accordingly.
Reportedly, on 27th July, VC advised Secretary to put up the file with factual status & was informed to Managing Editor, CTN by the VC that job has been done but in actual nothing was done by the high headed Secretary again, so why on 4th August again Managing Editor informed VC, JDA that despie lapse of 8 days again after her instructions Secretary, JDA by showing super powers had not submitted the case to VC causing a mental harssment to the applicant & speaks that how JDA officers are harssing innocents.
Pertinently, Secretary had also issued some transfer orders on lower level by adopting pick & choose by shifting some officials from one section to other prematuarily but not touched some who are in one section since years speaks of work culture & malafidies, for which VC can verify.
It is also to mention here that reportedly lot of cases are waiting for their outcomes in the hands of boss Secretary, JDA, which otherwise would have brought lac of rupee as revenue to JDA by way of transfer fee is a matter of great concern to be looked into for delays from each section, but by whom is a question ?
