JAMMU, Congress General Secretary Shahnawaz Choudhary lashed out at DC Poonch and called him incompetant.
Shahnawaz's statement with Cross Town News reads " Person who was shown +ve by Poonch administration coz of clerical error is negative after test. He is quarantined in hospital widout providing him food 4m last 6 days. I contacted @PoonchDm in this regard & he responded wid arrogance. #incompetentPoonchDM "
