JAMMU, Apr 19: Five IAS Officers from Jammu and Kashmir to participate in Civil Service Day , whereas Kulgam awarded PM Award for Excellence for year 2023 , Kupwara for year 2024 .
As per details with Cross Town News Principal Secretary Shailendra Kumar , MD HADP Rahul Yadav , DC Srinagar Bilal Bhat , DC Kulgam Athar Amir Khan and DC Kupwara Ayushi Sudan to participate.
As per details with Cross Town News , Kulgam got PM award for Excellence for the year 2023 , during the said tenure Dr Bilal Mohiuddin Bhat IAS was DC , however incumbent DC Athar Amir Khan presented the year 2023 work before the empowered committee and will receive the Award as per rules of DARGP.
Kupwara has got Award for year 2024 , and DC Ayushi Sudan will receive the prestigious Award.
