JAMMU, Apr 2: Two people injured in a road accident near the Navyug Tunnel on the Jammu-Srinagar highway last evening succumbed to their injuries on Wednesday.
One injured person Zubair Ahmad Wani of Heerpora Shopian was declared dead on his arrival. A second person identified as Mushtaq Ahmad Dalal, a resident of Shopian succumbed to his injuries during the night.
Police registered a case under section 281,125(a), 324(4) BNS in Police Station Qazigund Kulgam and took up the investigation.
