NEW DELHI , Mar 22: Delhi GAD issued Circular to Secretaries/HoDs to follow instructions while dealing with MLAs.
In Compliance with the Delhi Assembly Speaker letter to Chief Secretary, the Delhi Govt's General Administration department issued a Circular to Secretaries of all the Depts and HoDs to follow the instructions while dealing with Members of the Legislative Assembly.
GAD Additional Chief Secretary Navin Choudhary in order said that, "There should be no occasion that the MLAs or MPs is constrained to make such complaints.
Non-compliance of these instructions will invite commensurate disciplinary action and will be an important input in the evaluation of the concerned officer."
