Learned D.A.G. has submitted that the matter with regard to release of GPF fund amount belonging to the petitioner is under process and sometime be granted to file the compliance report on behalf of the respondents.
The prayer of the learned D.A.G. is accepted.
However, it is made clear that in case compliance report is not filed by the next date, the salary of respondents would be attached on the next date. List on 09.04.2025.
