Jammu, Feb 25: In CCP(S) No. 12/2024 in WP(C) No. 1477/2023 titled Mangat Ram and another vs Atul Dutt Sharma SDM Jammu after hearing CAT HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJNESH OSWAL, JUDGE ORDERED as under:-
1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are being called by the respondent in his office once or twice a week, despite that, the order non compliance of which has been reported to this Court, has not been complied with.
2. A week’s time is granted to the respondent for filing the compliance report, failing which, the respondent shall remain present in person before the Court on the next date of hearing.
