Jammu, Feb 23: There are countless questions on DC Office Jammu as a whole may be not acting to declare a plot of 14 Marla at Chowadhi as "State Land" for which mutation of 31 M stands cancelled & 17 m declared in favour of concerned, not properly following WP(C) 2850/2022 & 1330/2023, whose registry's bases on fraud grounds & mutations of same stands cancelled by DC Jammu subject to outcome of WP's, whereas original attorney holder of these plots has withdrawn all cases/CCPs from various courts after knowing the facts of fraud but DC Office not bringing the truth in the court for early hearing & dates of listing.
2nd top issue of working of DC Jammu & his steam speaks on non compliance of LGs ACs Decision No 17/1/2022 dtd 29th Jan 2022 followed by GO N0-18-JK(Rev) of 2002 dtd 4th Feb 2022, ACs Decision dtd 25th July 2024 & GO dtd 2nd August of 2024 by which DCs were directed to clear the issue up to 200 Kanals but it can be now enquired that how many kanals DC Jammu has cleared till day.
Chief Minister ( who is also Revenue Minister) must look into DC Office Jammu for sleeping on 95 cases, which were duly recommended by then DC Jammu, but till day DC Office Jammu did not bothered to clear said 95 cases, which are with proper requirements & NOCs from Irrigation & Flood Control Department, even after new directions regarding Gair mumkin khads.
However, below letter of DC, if enquired with the facts shall detect a harassment scam by DC Office Jammu as a whole.
