It is a well known fact that it is the talk of the Town that Revenue Officers & Chief Engineer of I&FC have openly non complied time bound directions issued in LGs ACs Decision No 17/1/2022 dtd 29th Jan 2022 & dtd 25th July 2024.
These acts of Revenue Officers & I&FC Engineers have caused loss to the tune of crores per month on Stamp Duty Fee on no sale/purchase of specific nomenclature lands even of constructed houses & buildings.
However, Govt can itself verify the truth of non compliance of its own top order, which reads as under:-
