New Delhi, Jan 24: Harvinder Singh, IAS, District Magistrate of Doda, has been honored with the prestigious Best Electoral Practices Award 2024, marking a significant achievement for the district and the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. Doda stands out as the only district from Jammu and Kashmir to be recognized among the top 10 districts across India for their exemplary electoral practices.
