JAMMU, Jan 02: Four IPS Officers of erstwhile  J&K  cadre ,  Vivek Gupta , Sujit Kumar, Sunil Gupta and Suleiman Choudhary among fourteen IPS Officers  of AGMUT cadre promoted to IGP grade.
