Jammu, Dec 20: In O.A./461/2024 (JAMMU) titled LAVAN KUMAR Vs HIGHER EDUCATION DEPARTMENT after hearing CAT ordered as under:-
Mr. F.A. Natnoo, ld. counsel for JKPSC stated that reply stands filed in this matter.
Mr. Dewakar Sharma, ld. DAG appeared on behalf of his respective department sought some time to file the reply.
Ld. DAG is granted four weeks' time as a matter of last opportunity to file the reply, failing which the erring official shall remain present before this Tribunal on the next date of hearing and explain why reply has not been filed till date.
List this case on 11.02.2025.
Interim relief, if any, shall remain continue.
The Registry is directed to issue notice to private respondent no. 3.
