Srinagar, Nov 28 : Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Choudhary on thursday made a surprise visit to the Chief Engineer R&B Office in Jammu.
Expressing his disappointment, the Deputy CM revealed that nearly 70% of the staff, including senior officers, were absent from duty.
“I was shocked to see the lack of discipline in the office.The employees were not present. This level of negligence is unacceptable ,” Choudhary told
“We are here to serve the people and officers and employees must answer for their actions,” Choudhary said.
Officials said that Deputy CM has ordered actions.
