JAMMU, Nov 26: Elections of AMATEUR KARATE DO ASSOCIATION OF JAMMU AND KASHMIR were held at Press Club on Tuesday for the term 2024-2028.
The Election was conducted as per norms and proper procedure and guidelines of J&K Sports Council, the council had appointed Advocate Anshuja Tak as Returning Officer. Mr. Daaman Jamwal, observer from Karate India Organization was also present in the election.
The elections were conducted under the chairmanship of Mr. Rahil Gupta, the outgoing Vice President of Amateur Karate Do Association of Jammu and Kashmir.
The nominations were filed without any contest and the results were declared unanimously. Mr. Ambedkar Gupta was unanimously elected as President of the association, Dr. Rohin Gupta was elected as Vice President, Ajaz Ahmad Bhat elected as General Secretary, Deepa Sharma as Joint Secretary and Manik Jandial elected as Treasurer of the Association.
