JAMMU, Oct 18: Two Seventh time MLAs , Abdul Rahim Rather and Mubarak Gul are probables for teh Post of Speaker in J&K Assembly.
Sources told Cross Town News that both the seventh time MLA are under consideration at the moment.
Rather has held important portfolios and has say in the Party decision making body , whereas Mubarak Gul has remained Speaker for 2 years.
Experts told Cross Town News traditionally, the role of Deputy Speaker is offered to the second-largest party, a precedent followed across the country, including in Jammu and Kashmir, in this scenario BJP to get Deputy Speaker Post.
