SRINAGAR, Oct 17: Khurshid Ahmad Malik (IAS Retd), former Commissioner of the Jammu and Kashmir Government and Vice President of the Voluntary Medicare Society, Bemina has passed away.
Malik had a distinguished career as an IAS officer, though his life took a tragic turn almost 38 years ago when he met a road accident while travelling from Srinagar to Jammu.
