Srinagar, Oct 15: As Omar Abdullah is set to chair his first official meeting at the Civil Secretariat following his swearing-in as the Chief Minister of the Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory in which all relevant Administrative Secretaries have been asked to attend.
Sources said new CM will pass strict instructions to some Administrative Secretaries who slept over public issues intentionally causing harassment to thousand of innocents.
