JAMMU, Oct 12: Like Chief Minister , Oath ceremony of Ministers in Jammu & Kashmir will also take due course of Time.
Experts of Political matters told Cross Town News that in the Government of Union Territories , the Chief Minister shall be appointed by the President .
Experts further told Cross Town News the other Ministers shall be appointed by the President on the advice of the Chief Ministers, which means once the Chief Minister hands over the names of Ministers to Lieutenant Governor , it will take due course of time , for their other ceremony , as it is taking in case of Chief Minister.
As Union Territories are under Central rule , it takes longer for clearance as Files go up to President.
